While the home is comfy and cozy there is still an abundance of space for large gatherings of family and friends, whether it’s inside or outside enjoying the many amenities of this home. There is a large spacious 3 level deck area, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquil backyard with a cup of morning coffee or tea overlooking the pool and hot tub or light up the night at the firepit. 

This home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new modern stainless-steel appliances. Central heating keeps the residence cozy during the cooler months and central air keeps it cool in the summer months.  Comes with a wet bar in the lower-level entertainment area.

• Monthly Rental: $15,000
• A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is required for all bookings.
• The pool is heated and is open from April 1st to October 31st.
• This is a non-smoking home.
